Sunny August Wedding On Whidbey Island

I’d heard great things about Wayfarer on Whidbey, but I’d never actually been. But some places - like Whidbey - are just magical in every way. You can’t really go wrong here; it’s like getting married in the San Juan Islands.

When L inquired she knew she wanted candid moments and a focus on authentic joy.

I feel like authentic joy encapsulated this day. There are SO many photos I could share of this celebration - giant smiles and overflowing joy.

In the meantime I want to start here. Dreamiest family style table for the reception with bright floral details and dark linens. Covered by giant oak trees and evergreens.

This wedding was laid-back in the best ways. And such a joy to be a part of.
