Gatsby Inspired Downtown Seattle Engagement Session

This vintage inspired engagement session was perfection in every way.

Not only did the couple completely swoon over one another, but they came full force with a vision in mind - he in a black tux, and she in a Gatsby inspired dress. Complete with those perfect 1930 waves. We shot at Hotel Sorrento in Seattle and it was the perfect fit. They have a beautiful fireside room complete with a grand piano. I mean, what more could you really want?

We took our time starting inside around the piano, fire, and bar. Eventually moving our way out to the courtyard.

If you’re ever looking for a 1930s/gatsby inspired location, an old hotel is definitely your best bet. There’s so many that honor their architectural heritage that they really can fit the bill perfectly.
