Relaxed Newborn Session at Home in Sedro-Woolley

The R family have dug a spot into my heart.

When K told me she was pregnant with baby two and wanted newborn photos again (we did baby C’s photos back in 2020) I was elated. They are some of my most chill and down-to-earth clients I get to work with. I am constantly amazed by how easy they make parenting look.

We did O’s newborn session at home where it’s mellow and slow. We wanted everyone to feel completely at ease and without limitation. Nursing, diaper changes, fussy moments, toddler freak outs, all of that is so much more manageable at home. This is why I can’t recommend newborn sessions to be at home, enough. And to be honest - is there really anywhere you spend more time when you’re completely sleep deprived with a brand new human? So why not capture that season in its truest environment.
